Loss Adjusters achieve ISO9001 certification
Baker & Co, a loss adjusters specialising in international relocation claims has achieved ISO9001:2000 certification.
Working with the claims manager and support staff Momentum documented a system that worked to improve the performance of the business and met the requirements of the standard.
The ISO SimplyforYou system sits on the server and is accessible to all staff.
LRQA identified just two minor non-conformances at the initial assessment visit.
